My focus is helping people feel fully alive and inspired, connected to a deep experience of personal meaning, authenticity, and an individual sense of purpose. I provide individual and couples psychotherapeutic counseling for those interested in mindful exploration of how to live their lives from a place of integrity, wholeness, and compassion.Areas of specialization include trauma survivors and GLBTQQI. My treatment philosophy is collaborative; I work together with each client toward self-defined goals. I believe therapy should draw upon diverse ideas best suited to the client’s needs and work within your value system, not mine or anyone else’s. I am trained in a variety of modalities, including EMDR and Clinical Hypnosis.I have offices in Tucson and Sierra Vista.
